introducing the cairngorm aws widget

I’ve ported my original code to a Wordpress widget that displays the latest reading from the Cairngorm Automatic Weather Station (AWS). You can download the widget here.

Just upload cairngorm_aws_widget.zip to your wp-content/plugins/widgets directory and extract it to get one file, cairngorm_aws_widget.php. Then just activate the widget in the Plugins page of your blog admin and drag it onto your theme’s sidebar in the Presentation -> Widgets part of your blog admin.

The AWS feed is normally updated twice a day and you can now see at a glance what the weather is like on top of Cairngorm.
