ofcon ripping off mountain rescue teams

I couldn’t believe my eyes when I read that Ofcom propose to change the licensing structure for VHF radio comms, which would see mountain rescue teams having to pay astronomical fees for a license to save lives. I must find out to whom I must address a stern letter. btw Skye Mountain Rescue Team have a new website, including an excerpt from Above Britain shadowing them in the Cuillin.
