the snow has arrived

A wild Saturday of severe gales and heavy rain, quite entertaining, so I read a couple of books. Portent by James Herbert and What is Life by Erwin Schrodinger. Lovely festering! Today we trained the bins across to Knoydart to see snow down to about 800m on Sgurr a’Mhaoraich. Looking at the Cairngorm webcam, they’ve got a good dusting down to 800m too. Welcome back winter!
