chick update

#1 and #2 are doing well. They’re sprouting feathers in all the right places and screeching less. When I took them out of the warm cupboard this morning they were still fast asleep. Unfortunately, Mr. Vic somehow got into the study and #3 is no more. An upturned pot and toilet paper strewn around said it all. So we’re keeping watch over #1 and #2 to make sure they fly the pot and go enjoy the wonderful outdoors. That means a day on the hill is off the cards tomorrow as I’ll be on chick watch all day. Either that or I take them with me!
