Another couple of tunes on the guitar. This time it’s the Irish air Carrickfergus followed by Doc Watson’s Deep River Blues. Carrickfergus is a really nice tune to play, very relaxing, while Doc’s is a bit harder!

I was playing around this morning and it sounded so good I decided to record it. That’s when it went to pot! But it still sounded ok enough for the blog. I’ll work on my perfomance in front of a macoriophone I think!

Here’s a not very good recording of me playing Stompin’ on the tappahamok. I recorded it with a tiny microphone. I’ll try again later when I get hold of a decent mic.
